Domestic Shipping – India
We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners.
Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, order value, weight, and the shipping option selected.
At checkout, you may see one or more of the following delivery options:

Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed, we usually process and dispatch it within 1–3 business days, unless mentioned otherwise on the product page.
During sales, festive periods, holidays, or high-order volumes, dispatch may take slightly longer. We truly appreciate your patience during such times.
Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines depend on your location and the courier partner assigned to your order.

Milk & Moon shall not be held liable for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control. However, we will always do our best to assist you in tracking and resolving any delivery-related concerns.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with you via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or any other contact method provided at checkout.
Please allow some time for the tracking link to become active after dispatch.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and pin code are correct before placing your order.
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, unreachable phone number, or refusal to accept the order, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
Milk & Moon will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Damaged Package on Delivery
If the outer package appears damaged, tampered with, or opened at the time of delivery, we request you to either refuse the delivery or record a complete unboxing video before opening the package.
For any claim related to damage, missing items, or wrong products, a clear unboxing video is required as per our Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy.

International shipping availability, charges, timelines, customs duties, taxes, and documentation requirements may vary depending on the destination country.
